1. pdmarq or PDMarq'S Stock Alerts (collectively known as “the site” or "the service") is a published service. PDMarq is not registered as a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Any stock alert or stock or crypto asset or anything else mentioned on the site or any emails or any communication from PDMarq represents his own opinions and should not be relied upon for purposes of effecting securities transactions or other investing strategies, nor should they be construed as an offer or solicitation of an offer to sell or buy any security, nor does it constitute investment advice. The site exists for educational and general informational purposes only. PDMarq does not have any non-public information regarding the companies/stocks  mentioned in this site. Trade prices that appear on the site are posted by PDMarq based on his real-time data sources, and may be different from what is achievable and are not to be relied upon. There may also be differences between the price as what you see from your terminal due to delays in Internet connectivity, quote delays, refresh intervals, data entry errors, and market conditions. Entries may at times be in error due to system or data-entry errors.
2. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.   The track record statistics are the statistics for the system in the past, and that does not imply that those results will be achievable in the future. 
   The 1,302% total return was achieved over a period of 13 months from 2013 to 2014 in PDMarq's personal accounts with his own trading capital (ie. real money and actual realized gains).
3. PDMarq does not verify the results of any subscribers' trades. The subscribers' testimonials represent their own opinions.
4. Trading stocks, crypto assets, options, futures, commodities has large potential rewards, but also large potential loss. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them before trading or investing. Don't trade with money you can't afford to lose.
5. PDMarq's strategy is primarily focused on finding the big gainers (approximately 30% or more increase within the same day to a few days/weeks, some trades may take longer or may not work at all and may result in losses).  
6. Use of the site is not for commercial or promotional purposes or for re-distribution. All site messages, including private messages, are archived, and PDMarq reserves the right to discontinue access for anyone not complying with the site’s rules.
7. Refund policy:  Refunds are at the discretion of PDMarq. 
8. PDMarq does not have any agreement with any company to alert a stock or put a stock on Watch List, and does not receive compensation except subscribers to the service.
9. PDMarq may or may not have a position in a stock/crypto on a Watch List or that is alerted as a trade alert.
10. PDMarq does not assess, verify or guarantee the suitability or profitability of any particular investment. You bear responsibility for your own investment research and decisions and should seek the advice of a qualified securities professional before making any investment. As an express condition of using this service and any time after ending the service, you agree not to hold PDMarq or the companies themselves liable for trading losses, lost profits or other damages resulting from your use of information in any form (Web-based, email-based, text based), and you agree to indemnify and hold PDMarq  harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this agreement. This paragraph is not intended to limit rights available to you or to me that may be available under the federal securities laws.

PRIVACY POLICY

• What personal information is collected and why?
• pdmarq.com receives information that is directly provided, such as personal information you provide when you visit the Service, and information that is passively or automatically collected from you, such as anonymous information collected from your browser or device. In this Privacy Policy,  all of this is referred to as "information".
• When ordering/subscribing on pdmarq.com  you are re-routed to Paypal.com for secure order processing. You may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. That information is processed by Paypal, then the name, email address, mailing address, phone number is provided to pdmarq.com.  Credit/debit card numbers and bank account numbers are NOT provided to pdmarq.com.  Phone, physical address, credit/debit information is NOT stored at pdmarq.
• pdmarq.com collects and stores name (if provided by Paypal) and email address, and a password hash (one-way encryption) of password that the user provided to pdmarq.com .  No other personally identifiable information is stored.  
• This information is stored and used for various purposes such as: 
• - to give or deny access to the service
• - to offer a contest or promotion or survey
• - to respond to customer requests
• - to personalize communication
• Information is stored indefinitely or until user requests it to be permanently deleted.
• The information is contained behind secured networks and within a password protected computer and file, all of which is stored and secured within a structure with physical locks and other barriers.
• Emails from Paypal.com that contain personal information from customers are deleted (from Inbox and Trash folder) within minutes after being read.
• Users may request part or all of their information to be removed by sending email to: support@pdmarq.com  Users who want information removed from Paypal need to contact Paypal directly.
• pdmarq.com does not sell, share or rent any personally identifiable customer information.
• Comments with personally identifiable information sent to PDMarq via email or private (direct) messages are not shared unless explicit permission is granted by the author.
• Cookies (web browser):
• IP address and web browser type is automatically collected and stored by the web hosting service for purposes of website analytics such as number of unique visitors that visit a page.
• Data breach procedure:
• pdmarq.com will notify users within 7 business days via email.
